Typically concrete surfaces can be cleaned using high pressure water jet or grit blasting or by proper wire brushing Spalled surfaces or those containing large blow holes, cracks and other such defects should be repaired using Renderoc concrete repair mortars. For further advice on suitable repair mortars, contact the local Fosroc Offi ce. Mixing Brushbond RFX liquid concentrate should be poured into a plastic container or metal drum. Clean fresh water is added in the proportions shown below and mixing commenced with a propeller agitator attached to a slow speed drill (500pm). • Do not apply when ambient temperature is less than 10°C or if the temperature might drop to this level within 4 hrs of application.
• Do not over-thin or over-extend the brush.

• Avoid contact with bare skin. In case of contact, wash the effcted part immediately with water
• Do not add Vitalia NEO directly to cement or dry mix. Always add to gauging water. Maintain water cement ratio as low as possible.

• Store the container with the lid tightly closed in an upright position, in a cool, dry place
